Lensing of '69 -- Use data not models

An example for astrophysical data-evaluation beyond AI

On August 19 at 2 PM, Dr. Jenny Wagner (Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics, Academia Sinica) presents Lensing of ’69 — a novel approach to gravitational lensing. By using observational data instead of complex models, her method reconstructs the distribution of invisible matter in galaxies and galaxy clusters more accurately and efficiently.
